Mentorship Program

The CMCC Mentorship Program is committed to creating opportunities and providing experience for Mongolian students who wish to join the global workforce equipped with the necessary skills and experience. Our primary vision is to make Mongolian students a valued addition to the global workforce by withholding the principles of cooperation, innovation and professionalism. Students will be mentored by experienced individuals in their same or prospective field to provide them with the practical skills needed, such as problem-solving and decision-making.

Mentoring can be found immensely useful in all fields of work, regardless of profession. The bases of a good mentoring relationship is communication, initiative and trust. There are three levels in this program, each consisting of three months of involvement. The levels will each consist of 8 stages which will be explained in-detail below.  Therefore, the mentors and mentees can choose to get involved for 3,6 or 9 months with the program.
