Chief Financial Officer
Quantum offers CFO services for private and public companies that cannot justify a full-time CFO or require an Interim CFO. This is a high-value and cost-effective proposition for companies with limited financial resources. The CFO is responsible for managing the company’s financial risks, internal controls, working capital, equipment leases, debt obligations, financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, accounting staff and for participating in the capital raise process.
Controller / Accounting
Quantum offers Controller / Accounting services for private and public companies that have embraced a lean or virtual back office. This is a high-value and cost-effective proposition for companies with limited financial resources or with geographically dispersed project sites. The Controller is responsible for drafting the management and financial reporting of the Company, monitoring internal controls and supervising accounting functions.
