Founded in 2016, BBH began with the construction of a 1,000-person mining camp for Rio Tinto’s Oyu Tolgoi project, including residential facilities, utilities, and safety-compliant systems. The company developed expertise in electrical installation and reinstallation works in line with C2 safety standards and, from 2017, expanded into categorized projects and mine site utility maintenance. In cooperation with Monadelphous of Australia, BBH has contributed to underground mine construction at Oyu Tolgoi. The company employs more than 100 engineers, electricians, and tradesmen, supported by a management team with decades of international mining experience. A dedicated in-house training center ensures continuous workforce development tailored to project needs. In 2024–2025, a team of 60 specialists successfully executed electrical quality control and repair at Erdenes Tavantolgoi JSC’s coal beneficiation plant. BBH is recognized for delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient work that strengthens long-term client partnerships.
