Information for proteges/mentees

What are the benefits of joining the program?

1. You will have the opportunity to get career advice and professional experience from community members, colleagues and industry leaders.
2. You will receive tips on developing your professional image, therefore enhancing your employability.
3. You will have the opportunity to define your career goals with the guidance of an experienced individual.
4. You will learn about business ethics and etiquette.
5. You will network with people in your industry and establish connections.
6. You will get exposure to your future workplace and the condition of the industry.

It is imperative that a protege:
  • Volunteer:Volunteer for the organization when needed
  • Be a graduate: Be newly graduates (graduated within the last 3 years) or graduating within no more than two years
  • Be self-aware: Have specific professional or personal development goals in mind
  • Have professionalism: Have a professional outlook and approach the program with a business etiquette in mind
  • Be involved: Willing to be a part of the community and to promote Mongolia in Canada
  • Become a Future Mentor: Become a mentor to a next generation of students
